6. Stochastic calculus

As we have seen in chapter [*], the effect of thermal activation can be introduced in the formalism of micromagnetics by adding a random fluctuation field to the effective magnetic field. A trajectory of the magnetization can be obtained by integrating the equation of motion. However, in addition to the well known deterministic terms we also have a stochastic contribution.
